I Got Milk

Lucie shines again, guiding me through a successful prostate milking session. I got milk!

Knowing I long for longer locked periods, Lucie recently told me if I was willing and able to learn to milk my prostate, she would allow longer periods between unlocks. At first, the idea did not buoy my hopes of spending longer periods locked. I told her I was happy to try to learn to milk my prostate, but that I’d tried it many times in the past without much real success. She suggested that I get a stainless-steel, double-ended dildo, the Njoy Pure Wand. While a little pricey, Lucie said that it was the best prostate stimulation toy available and most guys who had tried the wand had learned how to milk themselves successfully and reliably.

I had seen the Pure Wand before on sex toy retailer sites and I knew they cost more than a hundred dollars. But Lucie seemed so confident it would work. While I don’t usually spend that much for a manual toy that isn’t a chastity device, I agreed to get one.

Lucie warned me that there are foreign companies who make and sell cheap knock-offs on Amazon manufactured from cheap steel they chrome to give the appearance of stainless-steel, and told me not to get one of those. So, I went direct to Njoy to buy mine. The price was $120 which was a little cheaper than some retailers advertise them for and a few bucks more than others. But the price was definitely mid-range and I knew I’d get the real deal, an actual Pure Wand made from surgical grade stainless-steel.

The toy arrived yesterday and I was impressed with it right out of the box. Polished to a bright shiny gloss, the Pure Wand weighs in at a hefty 1.51 lbs. (680 gr.). While the wand has a length of 8 inches (200 mm), since it is curved, the insertion length is somewhat less. But there is plenty of insertion length since the prostate is only 3-4 inches inside the rectum. Some guys can reach it with a finger. The tapered tips extend to a 1.5 inches (38mm) diameter ball on one end and to a 1 inch (25mm) diameter ball on the smaller end.

The large end looked a little intimidating since I’ve never inserted anything that large into my butt before and seem to have more trouble inserting round objects than tapered. The weight of the thing impressed me the most. After reading several online reviews from guys who had tried the Pure Wand, I found they all had the same opinion. Not only was the Pure Wand the best P-spot stimulation toy available, the weight was part of its magic. They claimed the weight did the heavy lifting as far as keeping the balls in firm contact with the prostate when inserted.

I texted Lucie yesterday day afternoon to tell her the Pure Wand had landed. Because of the difference in our respective time zones, she had already gone to bed. She texted me back this morning, eager to give the Pure Wand a spin. We scheduled a video call so she could guide me through it. I was grateful for that since the toy doesn’t come with any instructions. I had picked up a few things from the reviews I’d read, but still wasn’t sure exactly how to use the wand for the first time. Lucie, however, seemed to know all about them and that I think saved me from muddling through a steep learning curve. After we agreed on a time for a video call, I cleaned the new toy thoroughly, cleaned my butt, and got lubed up. Lucie called a short time later and we were ready to launch.

We experimented with three different positions for me and I settled on lying on my left side with my right leg lifted and heel resting on the high foot board of my bed. That felt the most comfortable to me and gave me easy access to my butt. I then put more lube on the smaller end of the wand and inserted it. It went in very smoothly and easily. The stainless steel is silky smooth and with the lube the toy is very slippery. Inside, it feels more comfortable than any of the butt toys I own with the possible exception of my smooth Pyrex glass dildo.

Lucie told me to locate the P-spot and then to move the wand in and out and side to side to see which felt most pleasurable. I did that for about five minutes as a warm-up. The small end felt best when I used a slow in and out motion. Because of the weight, I only had to control the outside end I used as a grip as the weight of the toy applied the perfect amount of pressure on my P-spot. Lucie kept asking what I was feeling sensation wise and after five minutes, she was ready to step up to the larger end. The small end felt wonderful, but I didn’t feel I was making any progress toward our objective.

After cleaning the lube from the small end, I applied more lube to the large end. You don’t want the thing covered with lube because it makes the heavy wand so slippery you can’t keep a proper grip on it.

The large end made it past the first sphincter with only a little difficulty, but when it reached the second, deeper sphincter, it was a no-go. Again, Lucie talked me through it, telling me to relax and breath deeply. And as I did so and kept slight pressure on the outside end of the wand, after maybe 90 seconds the large ball suddenly popped inside with zero discomfort. Not only did I not feel any discomfort, even before I tried to relocate the P-spot, I already felt like I was in heaven just from that large, smooth, heavy weight, inside me.

Again, after hitting the P-spot target, I experimented with in and out and side to side motions. Both felt freaking amazing and intense, so I just alternated from that point on, which my P-spot seemed to like. I’d read in the reviews you should be prepared to play for at least an hour or more when learning to manipulate the Pure Wand effectively and that it often took several sessions before you saw any results. I guess I was a fast learner, or perhaps Lucie’s coaching made the difference. All I know for sure is after the 5-minute warm up, and less than fifteen minutes working the large end inside me, while Lucie chatted away, it happened.

Without any of the muscle contractions I associate with orgasms and ejaculation, I felt wetness on my inner left thigh and looked down to see fluids running out of the tip of my chastity cage onto my thigh. It felt nothing like ejaculating semen, and didn’t just dribble out like with a ruined orgasm. It literally ran out but without any pressure behind it the way pee has when you urinate.

All I felt just before it happened was the P-spot sensations growing more intense and pleasurable from the wand, growing generalized pressure in my crotch, and then feeling sort of like I needed to urinate. The way I had positioned the phone, all Lucie could see was mostly my butt. So, I stopped when I saw the fluids coming out and rolled onto my back so she could see the fluids on my inner left thigh. There was a lot of it.

“Good boy!” she exclaimed. “We have milk!”

The fluids were different in color than semen, more transparent, and it wasn’t of the same viscosity but thinner. I scooped some up with a finger and smelled it. Semen to me has always smelled mostly like bleach. At least my semen. This fluid smelled like semen but the bleach smell was somewhat stronger. Of course, Lucie insisted on a taste test. I’ve tasted my semen before and this fluid tasted more bitter and wasn’t nearly as thick and slimy.

We chatted a little while longer. Lucie seemed as surprised as I was that we had been successful on the very first virtual milking attempt. After we disconnected, I removed the toy. It came out much easier than it went in since it was going with rather than against the inner sphincter. Then I cleaned up. While showering, I processed the experience and assessed my feelings.

I felt ridiculously horny, but the slight sexual frustration I’d felt earlier in the morning after waking up had evaporated. So, while the milking did nothing to unwind the sexual tension that has built up over the past many weeks, it relieved some built-up pressure somewhere and eliminated the feelings of frustration. I felt nothing like the pleasure of an orgasm, but still felt tremendous pleasure all the same, if that makes sense. Without a doubt, it was the most pleasurable, intense, anal experience I’ve ever had and I’ve done butt play for a very long time.

I’m a believer. The Njoy Pure Wand is the best P-spot stimulation toy available and I’ve tried many. It’s now my new favorite butt toy, and was worth every penny. And I got milk! Now, if I can replicate the successful experience of today, I can look forward to longer, more satisfying locked periods with Lucie. Can I just say it again? I have the most amazing Mistress.

I purchased the Njoy Pure Wand with my own funds at the full retail price. I have no affiliation with Njoy beyond being a very satisfied customer. Opinions expressed in this post are my own.

Chastity and Sexual Desire in Women and Men

Sex drive refers to a hypothetical construct encompassing one’s attitudes toward sex, sexual desires, and sexual behaviors (Baumeister, 2000).

In long-term relationships, desire differences are almost inevitable.

As much fun as I’m having with the Thirty Days of Chastity meme, I know an uninterrupted thirty day meme can feel tedious to some readers. So for a change of pace, today I’m offering a change of pace and discussing chastity and sexual desire in women and men.

The Myth of Over-Sexed Men

On social media and other places, I often hear women declare men are tediously simple to understand. They claim we are penis-obsessed, sex-crazed oafs, ruled by our genitals instead of our brains. A woman friend of mine once told me that if you understood beer and tits, you understood all there was to know about men. Those judgements many women make about men are not only harsh, but unfair, and well… completely wrong.

Women who claim they understand men based on our libidos actually only expose their ignorance and complete lack of knowledge. Women are just as incapable of seeing things from a man’s perspective as men similarly cannot see things from a woman’s perspective. We’re the same species, but we are opposites, though complementary rather than opposing forces. Well, most of the time, anyway.

Sexual Desire Differences Are Inevitable

In no area do women differ from men than in their sexual appetites. Generalizations are famously inaccurate, but I think it’s safe to say men typically have higher sex drives, although there are exceptions to every rule. I’ll use my past relationships as examples. Discounting one-night stands and short-term sexual liaisons, I’ve been in eight intimate relationships in my life.

In five relationships, my sex drive was much higher than my partners. After the “honeymoon period,” sex became more and more infrequent, to the point I often felt I had to beg for sex. In one relationship, my partner’s libido didn’t match mine, but she was a submissive type who believed her role in the relationship was to give me sex whenever I wanted it, whether or not she was in the mood. So, she always accommodated. In the other two relationships, I was with women whose sex drives surpassed mine. They wanted sex more often than I did, which left me sexually satisfied continuously, but also feeling exhausted much of the time.

Sure, it is anecdotal evidence, even so, I think it proves my point. In seventy-five percent of my relationships, my sex drive was significantly higher than that of my female partners. Men typically want sex more often than women. Research backs me up. “Men have a stronger sex drive than women, and this gender difference is evident in cross-cultural research involving men and women from 53 different countries.”(Lippa, 2009) And there is a reason that’s true.

Men and Women are Wired Differently

Evolution has wired men and women differently in our sexual appetites. Depending on mood, stress and hormone levels, women can go for days, weeks, if not longer, without desiring an orgasm. Men aren’t like that.

Sure, women enjoy the rush of pleasure that comes with an orgasm, but it isn’t quite the same as men. When a woman has an orgasm, her body releases some pleasure inducing hormones but those hormones don’t build up over time. Men have physical body parts that fill up over time, and the urge to ejaculate builds relentlessly until they feel an absolute and real need to release their semen.

Men want sex more often because we have a real, powerful physical urge driving us, the result of hundreds of thousands of years of evolution. More than one woman has told me if men gave birth instead of women, humanity would have gone extinct a long time ago because we couldn’t handle carrying a child to term or the pain of childbirth. While I won’t dispute that, I might add this. If men didn’t have the desire to use their penises regularly for sex, that too would end humanity rather quickly.

It's Simple Biology

Continuously, the testes, the primary male reproductive organs, generate sperm cells through a process called spermatogenesis. And the glands of the male reproductive system produce sperm and seminal fluid. Also, the prostate gland, the seminal vesicles, and the bulbourethral glands produce and contribute seminal fluid to semen, which carries and protects the sperm. Continuous production creates the need to expel semen regularly through ejaculation. It’s not just desire, it’s a definite biological need or imperative. That’s why men are more prone to masturbate frequently than women. Evolution and biology drive the urge to masturbate when the supply of sex with a partner does not meet the biological demand to reduce the building pressure men feel physically to ejaculate.

An Analogy

Let’s use an analogy to help illustrate the difference between men and women in sexual desire. We can compare it to the feeling of hunger. If you have ever fasted or gone on a severe diet, then you know exactly what hunger feels like. You can literally feel you’re starving. The longer you go without food, the more intensely your body physically demands you eat something. My point here is when you are extremely hungry, there is a physical urge driving you to get food. This is precisely how the urge to ejaculate regularly feels for men. The buildup in their reproductive systems drives men to seek frequent sexual release in one way or another.

Now, instead of feeling starved, imagine you ate a big breakfast and then had a big lunch. Now imagine you have arrived home from work around five and have just changed into comfortable clothes and sat down to relax. A friend calls and asks you to go with them to a favorite steakhouse to have dinner. Well, if you are like most people, that big lunch on top of the big breakfast wasn’t that long ago, and you will not feel very hungry. Do you really want to get dressed to go out and drive across town to eat a steak dinner? Probably not.

In this state of not feeling hungry, you can still imagine enjoying a wonderful steak dinner, but no urge will exist to propel you to get dressed again and drive across town to get yourself a steak. Women I’ve known well and have discussed it with me have told me that is much the way sex is for a woman. She can imagine the pleasure of sex, but does not necessarily have a physical urge driving her to want to have sex. There you have the primary difference between the male and female sex drives.

If a woman has a male partner, even if she feels contented in the relationship, if her partner doesn’t know how to seduce her effectively and turn her on sexually, or she feels tired or stressed or not in the mood, then she will have nothing driving her to desire sexual release. While there are exceptions, women often view sex from a more idealistic perspective, such as a desire for closeness and intimacy with her man. But rarely do most women want sex because of any “I must have sex now” physical urge driving it.

The Vicious Male Cycle

This is from my experience, so your mileage may vary. But it probably comes close for most guys.

Back in chastity after ejaculation…

  • For the first day or two, nothing much is happening. I don’t feel any pressure for release to speak of, so going without sex or masturbation isn’t a problem.
  • By the third day, I definitely begin feeling the buildup and the biological urge. Usually, I don’t feel actual discomfort yet, just the growing awareness of the need for release as things fill up.
  • On the fourth or fifth day, I feel slight discomfort from the pressure and aching. It gets increasingly difficult not to think about getting sexual release.
  • Days six to eight are the hardest for me as the real discomfort begins and I can feel moody or even a little cranky.
  • For me, around the ninth day, things get easier. Possibly this is because the body eventually breaks down and reabsorbs the sperm cells and seminal fluids and reduces the pressure. I also believe your body and brain eventually get the message ejaculation is not eminent, and the drive lessens. (Some guys report constant “dripping” and even nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) while locked. I experience little dripping and have only had one wet dream as an adult in my entire life, long before I started chastity).
  • Within ten days to two weeks, my sexual energy transmutes into increased productivity and the effects of the constant, elevated sexual arousal become a pleasure of its own.

How Chastity Can Help Bridge the Gap

When you accept the difference between the male and female sex drives, it seems men and women should see the obvious advantages of male chastity. Let’s be honest. Women have always controlled access to and the frequency of sex. It’s only a little more obvious these days. Chastity brings it all out in the open and can solve a host of relationship problems at the same time. With his penis caged and her holding the key, “bargaining” or trying to “guilt” his partner into having sex becomes a thing of the past. And so does the frequent masturbation and porn watching after she goes to bed alone that can be real relationship killers.

Many guys already want chastity for reasons ranging from sexual fantasy fulfillment to the honest desire to become better, more attentive partners, and everything in between. So, when a man asks his partner to lock him in chastity, even if she might initially find the whole thing weird or kinky, she should thank her lucky stars. If a woman is supportive of her partner’s desires, she usually learns quickly that chastity has as many (if not more benefits) for her as her partner gets out of it.

Answered: Your Most Burning Questions About Chastity Cage Safety

The most frequently asked questions about wearing a chastity cage concern whether locking your penis in a device long-term causes any permanent damage. Will it shrink my penis? Will it cause erectile dysfunction (ED)? We answer your most burning questions about chastity cage safety in today’s post.

Myths, misinformation, and downright lies associated with long-term male chastity abound on the internet. That comes as no surprise. Anyone can say anything on the web, which is why you should take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt. Provided you choose a properly fitting device, and follow some common sense safety and hygiene recommendations, wearing a chastity cage is safe. Very safe.

No medical evidence or scientific studies exist suggesting that wearing a chastity device is unhealthy or unsafe in the short or long term. Factually, no one has done any research about the impact of wearing chastity devices on penis health, but we can infer much from general penis health research, and there is a much of that. First, we will look at the two biggest myths associated with wearing chastity cages, and then we’ll review the common sense safety and hygienic precautions I mentioned.

Does Wearing a Chastity Device Shrink the Penis?

I’ve read plenty of claims on chastity websites and other forums where men claim wearing a chastity device long-term shrank their penises substantially. Here is what a guy posted on one forum I found.

“I’ve been in permanent chastity for several years now. My wife unlocks me every couple of weeks for a deep clean. In my case, I can definitely state that my penis has shrunk considerably, and maintaining an erection is impossible.”

In another post on a chastity forums website, I read a post by a guy who claimed his peen had shrunk by three full inches from wearing a chastity cage.

Sorry, but none of those anecdotal claims are true. Wearing a chastity cage will not reduce the length of a penis, not even wearing a cage that is considerably shorter than flaccid length. Almost always, when you read claims from men that wearing a chastity device cost them length, they will reveal at the end that they are into small penis humiliation (SPH) or being cuckolded. So they want their penises to shrink and convince themselves it happened.

We all know many guys not hung like a porn star have insecurities about the size of their dicks. I read a study where men with average size penises reported believing their penises were shorter than average. Guys like that who believe they have small dicks are the ones who typically embrace small penis fetishes. The facts are 95 percent of men have an average size penis. The remaining 5 percent have larger than average or smaller than average. So, if you’re reading this and feel your peen is smaller than average, it’s probably average.

According to one study published in the British Journal of Urology International (BJUI) Trusted Source, the average length of a flaccid penis is 3.61 inches, while the average length of an erect penis is 5.16 inches. So grab a measuring tape and prove it to yourself. You’re probably within the bell curve.

The penis shortens with age because of a loss of elasticity, usually between one-half inch to an inch. Prostate surgery can also cause a loss of length. If you put on a lot of weight or you have a thick bush of public hair, your penis will look shorter even though it isn’t. Men who lose length, or think they have and who wear chastity cages for long periods may attribute it wearing the devices when the explanation lies elsewhere.

Does Wearing a Chastity Device Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

Chasity device wear causing erectile dysfunction (ED) is another claim you find frequently on the internet, but it is all anecdotal. There is no medical literature that backs up these claims. Not to say there aren’t men in long-term chastity who suffer from ED, but it’s unlikely caused by wearing a chastity device.

Erectile dysfunction (impotence) is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health concerns can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction.

Here are some leading causes of ED, according to the Mayo Clinic. Heart disease, clogged blood vessels (atherosclerosis), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, certain prescription medications, tobacco use, alcohol and other forms of substance abuse, sleep disorders, and low testosterone. One or more of those is probably behind ED reported by chastity cage wearers.

Chastity Device Wear and Nocturnal Penile Tumescence

I have read articles by two different urologists that had concerns about chastity device wear. Their concern was that the restrictions that cages put on nocturnal penile tumescence (nighttime erections) could be harmful. Men typically have 3–5 erections per 8 hours of sleep.

The parasympathetic nervous system, part of the nervous system that controls many of the things that happen in our bodies without us having to think about it, like digestion, urination, and sexual arousal, causes nocturnal penile tumescence. The latest research suggests that the penis needs a fresh supply of oxygenated blood from time to time and that’s why nighttime erections happen. There are other theories too, but what’s important is they happen for a reason and are necessary.

So, I can understand why these doctors feel we shouldn’t stifle nighttime erections by locking our penises in a restrictive cage. However, chastity devices don’t prevent erections completely. The penis still becomes engorged with blood, they just can’t grow into full-sized, normal length, or sometimes girth. While I’m not a doctor, common sense suggests we still probably get most of the benefits from nocturnal penile tumescence even while caged.

I see no reason to believe long-term wear of a chastity device causes ED. I’ve never suffered from ED as an ongoing issue, but like most men, I’ve had erection trouble from time to time. And, as I got older, my erections weren’t always as firm or long lasting as when I was younger. But, while also anecdotal, my experience since I started male chastity has been the opposite of ED. When I’m not wearing a chastity device, my erections are reliably firmer and last longer than I had experienced in a long while before I started wearing chastity devices. So, I have no concerns at all that chastity may cause ED.

Your Love Muscle isn't a Muscle Actually

Contrary to popular belief, your love muscle isn’t a muscle. A penis is an organ and there are no muscles in it. Organs don’t atrophy like muscles from disuse, but only in cases of some wasting disease or malnutrition. That’s why none of the penis exercise stuff you see on the internet will make your penis bigger. Your penis is the size it has been since your teenage years. There is nothing short of surgery that will make your penis larger or smaller.

Common Sense Penis Care Measures for Men Wearing Chastity Devices

Proper Fit

Size matters when it comes to a properly fitted chastity device. You want a device that is not too tight or snug, and doesn’t rub or pinch any part of your peen. For best results, carefully measure your penis and use the dimensions in choosing the cock cage that fits you perfectly. This is especially critical when it comes to choosing a proper size base ring. It is common to see men go for a base ring size that is too small. Perhaps, they believe that a tighter fit makes the device more secure. But a base ring that is too small comes with serious health dangers to the penis. A ring that is too tight can restrict normal blood circulation and damage nerves. Also, when the ring is too tight, the skin of the penis and scrotum can be bruised, chafed, or broken, leaving behind patches of raw, sensitive, and irritated skin. With time, these sites can attract infections.

Hygiene

The next thing is to keep your penis and cage clean at all times. A clean cage comes with a couple of advantages, the absence of bad odor and skin irritation. A man wearing a cock cage should shower or bathe daily. If the cage is an open-type with sufficient slits, holes, and breathable spaces that facilitate cleaning without removing it, a handheld shower head is usually all that’s needed.

Never wear a solid cage that fully encloses the penis for more than four days without removing it to give both the cage and your penis a deep cleaning. This helps you avoid skin rashes, bad odors, and infections.

Regular Inspections

Examine your penis and testicles regularly to ensure that there is no discoloration, bruises, cuts, chaffing, or irritated skin of any form.

Erections

It’s a good practice to allow yourself to have a normal erection whenever you remove your chastity device for a deep cleaning. This can give you added peace of mind.

Lubrication

Lubrication is important when you are new to wearing a chastity device. A little lube around the base ring can prevent chafing, irritated skin, and rashes. Once your skin acclimates to the device and toughens up, lube shouldn’t be necessary if you have a properly fitted device. There are different lubes you can use from baby to water-based or silicone-based personal lubricants.

Contrary to anecdotal accounts you may read on the internet, there is no evidence that wearing the cock cage makes the testicles or penis shrink, or causes ED.

How Male Chastity Might Help Increase Testosterone Level in Men

A scientific research study found an intriguing relationship between ejaculation frequency and serum testosterone level in men.

Testosterone is the male sex hormone. Low testosterone—also known as hypogonadism or low T, can affect your overall health.

How Low Is Too Low?

Testosterone levels are measured through a blood test called a serum testosterone test. Most doctors agree that a “normal” reading falls anywhere between 300 to 1,000 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL). However, about 40% of men over age 45 have levels below that range since as men age, their bodies produce less testosterone. Starting in middle age, it often drops below levels that doctors consider normal.

Symptoms of Low Testosterone

While only a serum testosterone test can accurately identify low testosterone, there are recognized symptoms that may indicate a man has low T. Those symptoms include:

  • Lower sex drive or desire
  • Lower quality and frequency of erections
  • Lower bone density
  • Reduced muscle mass and strength
  • Low energy
  • Fatigue
  • Depressed feelings

How Male Chastity Might Help Increase Testosterone Level

The results of a research study on the relationship between ejaculation and serum testosterone level in men, published in the Journal of Zhejiang University SCIENCE, revealed that after seven days of ejaculation abstinence, a clear peak of serum testosterone appeared, reaching 145.7% of the baseline.

Interestingly, researchers found that the fluctuations of testosterone levels from the 2nd to 5th day of abstinence were minimal. Also, no regular fluctuation was observed following continuous abstinence after the seventh-day peak. Ejaculation seemed the precondition and beginning of the special periodic serum testosterone level variations, which would not occur without ejaculation. So, regarding an increase in testosterone levels, researchers observed no benefit from extending ejaculation abstinence past the seventh day. The study results showed that the effective time of abstinence for raising testosterone levels is seven days.

Incorporating Seven-Day Ejaculation Abstinence Into Full-Time Chastity

While I intend to continue full-time chastity (wearing a chastity device every day) this year, reading this study has motivated me to change things up a little. Last year, I observed almost complete ejaculation abstinence. But this year, I’m going to incorporate the study findings into my chastity program as my one-man scientific study. I’m curious to learn how observing a seven-day abstinence period between ejaculations affects my testosterone level and how it affects my overall satisfaction with the practice of male chastity. I’m pretty satisfied with chastity now, so should I learn more frequent ejaculation reduces my satisfaction, I’ll revert to the way I practiced chastity up until now. Look for updates in future posts on what I discover.

Male Chastity With a High and Tight Scrotum

high-and-tight-scrotum

As a guy cursed with a “high and tight” scrotum, I know that finding a chastity device with the right fit can be difficult. Guys who have one know what I am talking about here. But there may be some guys who are new to wearing male chastity devices who may not be familiar with the term “high and tight” in the context of scrotums, testicles, and chastity. In this post, I’ll explain the term and how it impacts chastity device sizing choices.

Loose Versus Tight Scrotums

To explain the difference between high and tight and loose scrotums to someone unfamiliar with it, I equate a loose scrotum with scrotums more in the appearance of those you see on a bull. Here is one of those instances where a picture is worth a thousand words, so I provided one. Sure, it’s a

slight exaggeration, but you easily grasp the concept. Guys with the loose variety, like bulls, have scrotums and testicles that hang well below the base of their penis shafts.

Having noticed the scrotums of other men in locker rooms and communal showers when I was in the military, I admit I’ve always envied guys with the low riders. I think the look is just more aesthetically pleasing. And after embracing the wearing of chastity devices, I envy them even more.

A guy with the high and tight variety has a scrotum and testicles that don’t hang much at all. Instead, the tight scrotum keeps the testicles tight against the base of the penis and close to the body.

Below is an image I found on Wikipedia that shows a high and tight scrotum from tight to relaxed. As you see, even when relaxed, the testicles are still high and close to the base of the penis.

Scrotums and Testicles 101

In natural male development, the testicles form in the abdomen in the womb and usually descend into the scrotum by birth. If not, they typically descend within a few months after birth.

The testicles (also called testes) are oval organs about the size of very large olives that lie in the scrotum and are secured at either end by a spermatic cord. Most men have two testes. The testes are responsible for making testosterone, the primary male sex hormone, and for producing sperm.

The scrotum, a loose pouch-like sac of skin hanging below the penis, holds the testicles and many nerves and blood vessels. The scrotum protects your testes, as well as providing a sort of climate control system. For normal sperm development, the testes must be at a temperature slightly cooler than body temperature. Muscles in the scrotum wall allow it to contract (tighten) and relax, moving the testicles closer to the body for warmth and protection or farther away from the body to cool the temperature.

For this reason, the testicles naturally move up and down in response to changes in temperature, erections, and sometimes seemingly for no particular reason at all.

The dartos muscle, found just beneath the skin of the scrotum, is a layer of tissue that gives the scrotum its wrinkly appearance. Contraction and relaxation of the dartos muscle help regulate the temperature of the testicles and works in conjunction with the cremaster muscle to raise or lower the balls. This naturally occurring phenomenon is what can cause some guys with high and tight scrotums significant problems when they wear a ball-trapping chastity device.

Chastity Device Issues For High and Tight Guys

Most off the shelf chastity devices work for men with loose scrotums (although too loose and a wearer may be able to pull out the back end without releasing their testicles). Finding the right fit can be significantly more difficult for those of us cursed with a high and tight scrotum.

When a wearer has a high and tight scrotum, a ball-trapping device exerts almost a  constant pull on the scrotum while he is wearing it. While the scrotum may stretch a bit over time from wearing the device, the dartos and cremaster muscles pull the testicles against the base ring and cage a lot of the time. This situation happens in response to cold, during an attempted erection, and so on. It often causes discomfort and even pain for a wearer with a high and tight scrotum.

If you’re a high and tight guy, you might have found it a struggle to wear a ball-trapping chastity device because of feeling the sensation of your testicles getting pinched and wedged between the base ring and cage in strange ways. The sensation can range from noticeable discomfort to feeling like the cage is ripping your balls off your body. You can thank your dartos and cremaster muscles for that.

Troubleshooting for High and Tight Guys

The base ring width and shape is more of a factor for guys with tight scrotums than those with loose scrotums. Wider rings may be quite uncomfortable as they cause more stretching to occur. Here I use the term wider to refer to the depth, anything wider than a common steel base ring.

The distance between the ring and cage (the gap) is another measurement that is more critical for high and tight guys. A little too narrow, and it can lead to the tight, uncomfortable wedging feeling. If the gap is too wide, the scrotal muscles can make you feel like the device is slowly crushing your balls as the muscles pull your testicles deeper into the gap. You must find the sweet spot when it comes to base ring size, shape, and gap. That means you may not be able to wear an off the shelf device but will have to bite the bullet and buy a custom-made chastity device if you plan on extended wear.

Ring Size

You definitely must obtain accurate measurements before selecting a base ring size. Since many chastity device manufacturers like Mature Metal provide useful measuring guides, I won’t regurgitate the information here. You can read the Mature Metal measuring guide here to learn how to take accurate measurements.

As a rule of thumb, once you put on a base ring, you should be able to get a fingertip easily between the inside of the ring and your skin. If you can’t, the ring is too tight and will likely cause you problems. If you can get two or more fingertips inside, then the ring is probably too large. A base ring that is too big causes the device to be less secure and can result in one of your balls popping out of the ring when the scrotal muscles are doing their thing. I’ve had this happen. Sometimes it is painful, but at other times, I didn’t even notice it for a long while after it happened.

Gap

For me, gap size is even more critical than ring size. I’ve learned from experimentation that a 3/8 inch gap is what I need with my high and tight scrotum. The Mature Metal measuring guide says that is about right for most guys except those with really loose scrotums who may need a narrower gap. It seems most off the shelf devices come with a 3/8 inch gap.

The thing is, there is no way to measure for the gap. It is best then to start with a 3/8 inch gap and then adjust if needed. I once tried a 1/4 inch gap with a device I kept having a ball pop out of, and within thirty minutes, I felt excruciating pain. That’s how much of a difference even 1/8 of an inch can make when it comes to the gap.

If you have a tight scrotum and find it painful to wear a chastity device and you’re sure you chose the right base ring size, then you probably need a wider gap. Custom manufacturers can give you whatever size gap you need. So, if a 3/8 inch isn’t working, try a 1/2 inch gap. I wouldn’t add more than 1/8 inch at a time. You don’t want the gap to be too wide either. If it is too wide, you will likely experience having a ball pop out of the ring.

A high and tight scrotum requires a more precise fit, and there is a much greater potential for pain and a much lower margin for error when it comes to ring and gap sizing.

Other Tight Scrotal Issues

I’m not a medical professional, but having researched it a little, I learned that there is a medical condition called adult hyperactive cremaster muscle reflex, which causes retractile testicles.

For men with a hyperactive cremaster muscle, one or both testicles vigorously retract up into the groin to the extent they have to press the testicle back down into the scrotum. The retraction typically occurs during intercourse, exercise, getting in and out of cars, or other physical activity. There is a minor surgical procedure known as a microsurgical subinguinal cremaster muscle release. This surgery releases the muscle to prevent vigorous testicular retraction.

I’m not qualified to give medical advice or diagnose testicular problems. But if you have a high and tight scrotum and one or both of your testicles sometimes retracts into your groin, especially if it’s painful, you should consult with your doctor. I can’t imagine anyone with a hyperactive cremaster muscle could comfortably wear any ball trapping device.

When Ball-Trapping Devices Won't Work

With my high and tight, I have found some ball-trapping chastity devices I simply can’t wear. Fortunately, I have found many that I can. But for a guy who has tried everything, even custom-made devices, and hasn’t been able to wear a device for any appreciable length of time, there is another option.

There are chastity devices that don’t attach with a base ring, but they require a Prince Albert (PA) piercing. Male Chastity Now makes one called the Mouse Trap. It’s a metal tube that slips over the penis and has a hook attachment for a PA ring. The piercing does carry the weight of the tube. But I’ve heard if you size it properly, the tube shouldn’t slip past the glans of the penis, which takes some of the stress off the piercing.

If you’ve got a high and tight scrotum, want to practice male chastity, but haven’t been able to wear a chastity device for more than a few hours due to discomfort, there are some things you can do.

Always look at sizing first. Nine times out of ten, that’s where you’ll find the problem. I strongly suspect more guys are wearing improperly sized chastity devices than guys wearing properly fitted ones.

Off the shelf devices just don’t work for every guy with a high and tight scrotum. Custom devices are an investment, but sometimes that is what it takes to get a chastity device that works for you.

There are options for those with high and tight scrotums who want to practice chastity but can’t wear a ball trapping device. You might consider getting the PA piercing and going with one of the devices that don’t attach to your body with a base ring. There is also the chastity belt option. Fancy steel makes a slim-fit chastity belt that I find very intriguing.

Finally, if you think you have a medical issue, see a urologist. Whatever the issue, if practicing male chastity is something you want, you can probably find a way to overcome any obstacles to the long-term comfortable wearing of a chastity device.

Potential Benefits of Reducing Ejaculation Frequency With Male Chastity

reducing-ejaculation-frequency

Are there actual benefits from reducing ejaculation frequency with male chastity? Since wearing a chastity device reduces ejaculation frequency, that’s probably something most chaste men are interested in knowing. In this post, we will attempt to answer the question.

The Taoists Weigh In

There’s an old Taoist belief that controlling how often you ejaculate helps you preserve what they believed was your life force, a finite amount of life essence. Abstaining from ejaculation was thought to allow the energy contained in your sperm to be recycled by returning it to the brain to supply it with energy.

Therefore, Taoists believed excessive ejaculation resulted in things like premature aging, disease, and general fatigue. The practice of retaining semen remains one of the foundational tenets of Taoist sexual practices.

This belief is the origin of the “24 times a year” idea, where a man should ejaculate only twice per month. Some Taoist teachers also recommend that you only ejaculate 20 to 30 percent of the time you have sex. That translates to 2 or 3 times out of every ten sessions.

None of these ideas are backed by any hard science. Thus, many Taoist teachers urge people to focus on personal feelings of strength and refreshment after ejaculation rather than specific figures as a guide for reducing ejaculation frequency.

What Does Science Say About Ejaculation Frequency

What does science say about ejaculation frequency? Unfortunately, not much. There is little scientific research published on semen retention. What few studies that have been conducted mostly focus on semen retention for couples seeking pregnancy. However, there is a handful of studies that looked to gain an understanding of the relationship between ejaculation frequency and serum testosterone levels in men.

Results from one of these studies found that the serum testosterone concentrations of the study volunteers during abstinence periods showed minimal changes in testosterone levels from the second to the fifth day of abstinence. But on the seventh day of abstinence, there was a clear peak in testosterone, reaching 145.7% of the baseline levels. This suggested that the effective time of abstinence required to increase testosterone levels was a seven-day minimum.

Testosterone is an anabolic hormone that regulates the development of muscles, bones, and sex organs. Testosterone levels increase during puberty, then begin to decline after early adulthood. Researchers have linked low testosterone to decreased muscle mass, low libido, fatigue, symptoms of major depression, and a greater risk of cardiovascular disease. Because of this, there are several benefits to boosting testosterone.

Boosting your testosterone levels can strengthen your bones, which also provides structure and protection for your organs. Also, increased testosterone levels contribute to good mental health and overall mood and benefit the brain in other ways. Studies have found a link between higher levels of testosterone and a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Higher testosterone concentrations may also contribute to improved memory and cognitive function, including spatial abilities.

All of the scientific evidence that does exist suggests that naturally increasing your testosterone levels through the reduction of ejaculation frequency may have many health benefits.

Anecdotal Evidence of the Benefits of Reducing Ejaculation Frequency

While my experience is only anecdotal evidence, not hard science, I’m convinced that I reap numerous health benefits from reducing ejaculation frequency by the practice of wearing a chastity device. Scientific evidence that ties limiting ejaculation frequency to specific benefits aside, with chastity, there is also the presence of increased and sustained arousal.

Arousal is linked intimately to elevations in oxytocin and dopamine. These naturally occurring substances are associated with positive emotions, comfort in social and intimate environments, increased cognitive abilities and reduced stress.

Within four to seven days after ejaculation, I feel an increase in clarity, motivation, and passion for life. My creative fires return, and ideas associated with my writing come flooding in. I have more energy, more life clarity and vision, and more drive during this time. From twelve to twenty days of abstinence, these energies continue building. My life purpose becomes clearer and becomes integrated into my body in a way I experience in no other way. It’s as if I can literally feel my life purpose in my body as a physical sensation. It feels amazing.

By the time I reach thirty days since my last ejaculation, I have experienced a major shift in how my body and mind deal with the excess energy I get not ejaculating. Instead of feeling like there is too much energy in my system, the extra energy becomes naturally integrated into my body, mind, and spirit. Literally, everything in my life seems better. I experience deep ease, peacefulness, vibrance, clarity, power, purpose, and even sleep better.

My physical urge to ejaculate increases too, but I’m usually still not ready to ejaculate by the thirtieth day. One way I deal with the increased energy in my body and the increased urge to ejaculate is with intense, daily physical exercise like going on an intense run or lifting weights or both.

Because of the valuable physical and mental benefits that I reap from reducing ejaculation frequency through chastity, it’s something I’ll never give up. I find the benefits far outweigh the few transitory seconds of pleasure I get from ejaculation. For me, semen retention is a win.

Is There a Downside to Reducing Ejaculation Frequency?

I’m sure most of us have heard about the European research study that suggested ejaculating at least 21 times a month significantly reduces a man’s risk of prostate cancer. But the evidence supporting that claim isn’t conclusive. It’s worth noting that another study found no statistical connection between ejaculation frequency and reduced risk of prostate cancer.

More research is needed before we can know the answer for sure. Until such becomes available, I’m not going to discontinue practicing chastity on the off chance it may slightly elevate my risk of prostate cancer. For one reason, I once read an article in a medical journal by a well-respected urologist who said all men, if they live long enough, will develop prostate cancer at some point in their lives. The longer we live, the greater the chance we will contract it.

It’s fair to say that there isn’t yet compelling scientific evidence to link actual benefits to reducing ejaculation frequency with male chastity. But I know many guys have anecdotally experienced the same positive benefits I have. My take on it is this. If you strongly feel that practicing chastity has benefitted you, then it has. For me, that’s more than enough.

Post Six Months in Chastity After Action Review

In this post-six months in chastity after action review, I’m finally sharing my long-promised experiences after completing my longest period of consecutive days in chastity.

Ever since I embraced the chastity life, I’ve read and heard other guys expressing concerns about the potential negative consequences of spending long periods wearing a chastity device. I’ve even seen claims posted around the web by guys who have attributed various ills, assertions of erectile dysfunction (ED) one of the more prominent, to long-term chastity cage wear.

Clearly, six-months in chastity isn’t a terribly long time compared to the experiences of the permanent chastity studs like Thumper. Still, it’s a good milestone for me to review the experiences of my chastity journey. I’ll lead off with the obligatory disclaimers. I’m not a urologist, and I don’t even play one on television. These are my own experiences, and since we’re all unique human beings, your mileage might vary if you engage in long-term chastity.

Honey, I Shrunk the Penis

There are two divergent paths of thought within the chaste community regarding chastity devices and penis shrinkage. The prospect is frightening for some guys, while others long (pun intended) to experience it. It’s generally guys for whom small penis humiliation (SPH) is a favorite kink who hope to shrink their willies.

Chastity Devices and Penis Shrinkage

A woman I consider to be very knowledgeable on male chastity and who has introduced hundreds if not thousands of men to the chastity life makes this claim.

It’s pretty common to see a half-inch [penis] length reduction right away if you’re wearing a cage 3-4 weeks at a time with no more than a couple of days off. If you keep that schedule, you’re not likely to see more change than that. But over time, without breaks, that half-inch can grow to an inch or more. A short cage combined with several months of continuous wear can shrink a 6.5-inch penis to 4.5 inches. I’ve seen it with my own tape measure. If the wearer were to stop wearing at that point, he might recover a half-inch in length, but that would be it.

My source bases her opinions of penis shrinkage on observations of men she has personally key held for, which is a rather staggering number. But she admits she has never kept scientific-grade notes or even measured penises at regular intervals. So, I believe we must take her assertions with a grain of salt since her shrinkage opinions are purely anecdotal and not supported by any scientific evidence.

Seeing the Big Picture

Let’s assume for a moment that the long-term wear of a cock cage does cause penis shrinkage. If you’re a long-term chastity enthusiast, does it really matter if your penis shrinks as a result? A half-inch wouldn’t even be noticeable even for guys who already own a smaller dick. But even if the shrinkage was more in the range mentioned in the previous section, so what? If a guy is going to wear a chastity device more or less permanently, then his dick’s length seems a moot point.

But if the specter of possible penis shrinkage is something that terrifies you, then my advice would be to wear a cock cage for a week at a time with two-day breaks in between stints of chastity. If chastity device induced shrinkage is a real thing, then you could be confident that any shrinkage would be minimal (within the theoretical half-inch range).

I’m not particularly concerned about penis shrinkage myself. I’m nowhere close to porn star size, and truthfully I’ve never suffered from insecurities over my very average-sized penis. The genetic lottery determines penis size. Most guys are average-sized. Only a small percentage of men on either side of the bell curve have very large or very small penises. Despite the ads you see on various porn sites, you can do nothing to grow a bigger dick. So, my question is this. Why waste time worrying about something you cannot change?

My Experience After Six Months

While I don’t claim my results are scientific, I have measured my Johnson before ordering custom-made cages, so I have a good handle on my normal flaccid size. And, like most of you (okay, admit it, all of you), I’ve measured my dick when it was erect. With those measurements in mind, here is what I discovered after six-months in a chastity cage. No change.

My flaccid length was about a half inch shorter for a day or two after taking off the device. But by the third day, my soft penis was the same size as when I ordered my Mature Metal cage. Also, I measured the erect length four days after taking off the cock cage after six-months and again observed no change in length.

Medical professionals tell us some things cause penises to shrink. For example, as you get older, your penis and testicles may get slightly smaller. One reason is the buildup of fatty deposits in your arteries, reducing blood flow to your penis. This can cause withering of the muscle cells in the spongy tubes of erectile tissue inside your penis. Also, things like decreased testosterone levels and lifestyle causative factors like smoking and weight gain can cause the penis to get slightly smaller.

After six months of continuous wear, I saw no permanent shrinkage due to wearing a chastity cage. I have yet to see any scientific or otherwise compelling evidence that proves long-term chastity causes penis shrinkage. I’m going to put this one in the myth category.

Nocturnal Penile Tumescence

Nocturnal penile tumescence, better known outside medical circles as night-time erections, is a normal occurrence for healthy men. The cause of nocturnal erections isn’t fully understood. But scientific studies suggest they’re closely associated with the phase of sleep known as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. A healthy man can expect to get hard three to five times per night. Also, “morning wood,” waking with an erection is the same animal as the night-time erections.

Some medical professionals say that night-time erections keep your penile tissue soft and stretchy. They also prompt the smooth muscles in your penis to relax, allowing the blood to rush in and get you hard. That keeps it in fighting shape for when you’re awake and want to use it for various pleasurable activities. Without this regular sleep time workout, some urologists believe the muscles may become too contracted, and eventually, the length of your erect penis may shorten.

Frankly, I can’t say whether you stop having nocturnal penile tumescence when you start wearing a chastity cage or whether you just stop noticing them. I still do wake on occasion with my willy filling the cage, though I haven’t awakened in the middle of the night in a long while with an attempted erection. But I was one of those fortunate guys who never had any real issues with painful night-time erections even when I slept wearing a chastity device the first time. In only a few days, they didn’t even wake me anymore.

I didn’t awaken in the middle of the night with a boner a single time after removing the cage after six-months, so I can’t claim night-time erections returned for me (assuming they ever left), but beginning on the third morning after taking the cage off, I started waking up hard again. Lesson learned? At least after six-months of continual wear, to my knowledge, my chastity cage has not negatively impacted my everyday experience of nocturnal penile tumescence.

The Dreaded Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Rivaling only the shrinkage myth is the fear of long-term chastity device wear induced ED. From time to time, I visit a chastity forum replete with accounts from guys who claim they suffered erectile dysfunction from wearing chastity devices. All of these sufferers of chastity device induced ED are always self-diagnoses, of course. None that I’ve heard of had consulted a practitioner of the healing arts. Also, none shared anything about their general health history, drug use, or mentioned possible two-pack a day smoking habits.

Like penis shrinkage, doctors tell us that medical conditions, particularly diabetes or heart conditions, other chronic health conditions, tobacco use, and obesity, cause erectile dysfunction. Anything that restricts blood flow to veins and arteries can cause it. But currently, there exists no scientific evidence that long-term wear of a chastity device causes ED.

Some urologists have expressed concerns that cock cages may interfere with normal nocturnal penile tumescence, which they say “could” result in erectile dysfunction, but none have actually observed it.

Based on my six-month experience, I can say that I detected not even a hint of ED. In the wee morning hours of December 1, I masturbated to orgasm (okay, more than once if we must get technical) for diagnostic testing purposes only, of course. I experienced normal, firm erections, and all the plumbing worked in good order. While I can’t say definitively that chastity device induced ED isn’t possible, so far, I’ve seen no compelling evidence that it occurs.

My One Surprising Observation

There is one rather peculiar penis change I have observed after my six-month sojourn into extended chastity. Sadly, I was circumcised shortly after birth, as many of you were. I still haven’t forgiven my parents for choosing to mutilate me as an infant without even discussing it with me first. But after six months in my cage, I’m now sort of uncut.

For some bizarre, unknown reason, my glans now spontaneously pull back inside the remnants of my foreskin with only a small portion of the tip showing. I’m at a loss to explain why this happens. My glans are always fully visible when I wear my cage, so why they have chosen to retreat when I’m not wearing a cage is mystifying. I must even press lightly with my thumb and index finger on the tip of my shaft to make the glans appear when I need to pee. Otherwise, it tends to interfere with an accurate stream.

The only possible explanation I can think of is this. I purposely ordered my Amicus device about three-quarters of an inch shorter than my normal flaccid size. That’s because I’m a bit enamored with micro-chastity at the moment, and I like experiencing a little “turtling” effect. The shorter cage also ensures that the tip of my dick is firmly against the end of the cage at all times, which allows me to pee while standing in the usual male fashion. I don’t know that the shorter cage is the cause behind my new uncircumcised look, but it’s the only thing I can think may have caused it. Nevertheless, I’ve locked up again now and can’t say whether this condition is permanent or not.

The bottom line is I observed no ill effects from spending six months wearing a chastity device.

In other news, I’m still awaiting the arrival of the Holy Trainer Nano. At the moment, like Clark Griswald’s bonus check, it seems to be MIA. The last tracking update I received said the package was at a USPS facility in Chicago on November 27. I haven’t received an update since.

Hopefully, it is working its way through the bowels of the infamously glacially moving U.S. Postal Service and will become a dump in my mailbox soon. Know what? There are a lot of people these days clamoring to replace capitalism in this country with socialism. I always wonder if they have ever considered our postal service, America’s first flirtation with a socialist, government-run business? Seriously, these people. Do they really want their health care, housing, and everything else their lives depend on delivered with the same glorious inefficiency as their mail? But that’s a whole other story.

Until next time, take care, and thanks for reading.

Is Long-Term Chastity Unhealthy?

Is long-term chastity unhealthy? In this post I want to look at that question. Here I’m not speaking of whether wearing a chastity device for extended periods might possibly affect the health or function of your penis (e.g., does it cause erectile dysfunction (ED), does in cause penis shrinkage, etc.). Little in the way of medical or scientific studies exist to answer those kind of questions. The truth is no one can give you definitive answers.

Instead our focus in on whether you should be concerned about the effects of going extended periods without orgasm or ejaculation. The short answer is no. But, we’re going to get into the physiology and processes behind male orgasm and ejaculation. Let’s see what science says about the benefits and risks of infrequent ejaculation.

The Male Orgasm

The major purpose of the male orgasm is to ejaculate sperm. Beyond producing pleasure, the role of the female orgasm is less clear, though some researchers believe it may help move the sperm closer toward the ovum (egg) to achieve fertilization.

The male ejaculate, semen, is comprised of sperm cells and seminal fluid, the latter of which contains phosphorylcholine (an enzyme that aids in fertility) and fructose (which provides fuel for sperm). The average volume of semen expelled by a healthy man is around a teaspoon.

Guys don’t need to worry that they will run out of sperm or semen no matter how many times they release semen in a day. The male body constantly produces sperm and stores them in your testicles. This is called spermatogenesis. A full cycle takes about 64 days. But your testicles produce several million sperm per day. That’s about 1,500 per second. With all this semen and sperm production going what happens when a chaste guy doesn’t come frequently?

What Happens To Unused Sperm

What happens to sperm if they aren’t ejaculated frequently? Whether or not you ejaculate has no effect on your overall sex drive or fertility. Unused sperm cells are simply reabsorbed by your body or released via nocturnal emissions. Although “wet dreams” are most common during puberty, they can happen at any time.

Medical science says it is unlikely that any significant health consequences occur as a result of not ejaculating. In fact, the quality of semen, and in particular the sperm in an ejaculate, is affected by the interval between ejaculations. That said, men with spinal cord injuries or other neurological disorders often may not ejaculate at all. In such cases when semen was collected via an electro-ejaculation technique, some of these men had inferior sperm quality when compared with normal ejaculate. Thus, infrequent orgasm and ejaculation could pose fertility concerns. Other than that, there is no conclusive evidence tying ejaculation frequency with health. The lack of ejaculation does not create any well-established negative health consequences.

Ejaculation Frequency And Prostate Health

There is a well-known 2016 study of almost 32,000 males that lasted from 1992 to 2010 that suggested ejaculating often (about 21 times a month) might lower the risk of prostate cancer.

However, the study used self-reported data. It’s impossible to know for sure whether study participant’s answers were truly accurate since they weren’t observed in a controlled clinical setting. People don’t always remember things with one-hundred percent accuracy.

A 2004 study with this same group of males didn’t find any significant link between frequency of ejaculation and risk of prostate cancer.

Even though the 2016 study gained more than 12 years of extra data, the study didn’t change at all. That’s why we can’t take these kinds of results at face value.

Takeaway

Is your keyholder not planning to allow you to orgasms and ejaculate for a while? That’s fine. Long-term chastity isn’t unhealthy.

Despite what some research has suggested, there’s very little real evidence that ejaculating a lot helps prevent prostate cancer.

Your keyholder should feel free keep you locked as long as she wants.
